After years spent working across recruitment, customer service, reception, and health & wellbeing, one thing has become crystal clear: I’ve always found myself at the heart of businesses. Whether it’s organising, communicating, or being the first point of contact, I’ve been that go-to person who keeps things moving.

These roles have taught me a lot—how to adapt quickly, solve problems creatively, and build genuine relationships. I’ve come to really value empathy, efficiency, and being proactive. These aren’t just nice-to-haves; they’re essential in any business environment.

So when the team at Ebb Assist sat down to discuss the concept, something clicked. There’s a real gap in the market for flexible 'off site' support. Not every business needs a full-time hire. Sometimes, you just need someone for a few hours a week, or help with a one-off project—no matter your industry.

That’s where Ebb Assist Ltd was born: a service that connects businesses with the right kind of support. Whether it’s off-site admin help or a freelance specialist for a specific task, our goal is simple—make it easy to find the right person, at the right time.

We’re still in the early stages, but we’re excited about what’s ahead. This is about supporting small businesses, freelancers, and entrepreneurs—people who wear a lot of hats and need reliable, flexible help.
