Client Overview: The owner of the business boasts a wealth of experience in agricultural sales, having cultivated valuable relationships within the industry over the years. Driven by a passion for educating others, he chose to create his own company as a Lanta-qualified forklift trainer.
The Challenge: The primary objective was to devise a cost-effective strategy for the business launch, which encompassed branding, presentation materials, social media presence, and lesson plans. Although our client is a personable and effective trainer, he recognised the need for support in organising his resources and presenting his business in a professional and cohesive way. Since his training clientele largely depended on long-standing relationships and a solid reputation, it was critical to ensure that every aspect was executed with precision.
Our Approach: : Through a series of meetings with the client, we were able to identify the essential components necessary for the business setup while also highlighting areas that could lead to excessive costs. We understood that launching a new business can be overwhelming; therefore, we concentrated on creating strong branding, effective presentation materials, and comprehensive lesson plans. We also established a polished LinkedIn profile and assembled necessary tools to ensure compliant training, utilising various design applications.
Implementation: : After our initial meeting and completion of the necessary paperwork, we adopted an ongoing collaborative approach. As industry standards and training techniques continuously evolve, we designed a framework that allows for seamless updates and amendments to training materials as required.
Results: Through a professional branding strategy and refined social media presence, our client successfully promoted his business, forging meaningful connections with numerous clients and attracting new business opportunities.

Conclusion: We continue to maintain a relationship with our client on an as-needed basis to provide cost-effective solutions. This enables us to implement necessary amendments and develop new policies and programs promptly as his business evolves.
